"Through your website, we settled on December 16th between 9:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. to complete the job.    By 11:00 a.m. when no one showed or called, I called and spoke with Eli.     He checked the schedule and was showing an afternoon time.    I was not very happy as I had arranged my day to be at home in the morning.     He said that he would offer a 10% discount for my trouble and that someone would be out around 2:00 p.m.     At about 2:10 p.m. Eli arrived and informed me that the installer had been delayed and that he was going to do the job himself and because of the inconvenience of the day, he was not going to charge me the additional $221.00.      Needless to say I was speechless.     Not only did he turn a negative into a positive, he did a great job.     Triangle Reconstruction brought back the almost unheard of "taking pride in their work" and valuing their customers.
