"They installed our dishwasher where there used to be a cabinet. Our house did not have a dishwasher before so we had gotten the electrical done before Titan came. They installed the plumbing, the dishwasher, made it all look clean and nice by filling in the gaps beside the dishwasher, and installed our counter top all for a very reasonable price! They were very friendly, great at communicating, and made sure we were satisfied with the job when it was completed. I would highly recommend"

Since then I've contracted for chimney caps to be made and installed by my regular contractor for $1500.
Although the cost of the 2 sweeps was good (although by no means a huge bargain) I found with this and another special I bought through Angies List (for HVAC work) that the "inspection" is really a chance to plug for a while load of work i dont really need. i dont think i'll bother with them again

"Vendor arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and said I needed a new ceiling fan. He called Choice, We waited approximately 10 minutes for a call back and an approval to replace the ceiling fan. He went out the truck and brought in a new fan and mounted it. I did have the option of going out to buy a specific make and model vs their replacement one and then he would mount it if I desired. Great service, I am glad I switched to Choice when my last warranty came up for renewal."

As it turned out, the gate was defective, but Mark still offered several solutions to repair it if I didn’t want to return it. "While they got the job done eventually and their customer services and techs were sweet, the company needs to be MUCH more crystal clear and upfront about a few things before they eagerly take payment. 1. This is not a company for novice clients as they only do work remotely and expect you to have all hardware properly installed before hand. So perhaps they should only sign up for software issues with clients like me who are hardware dummies. I had to struggle on my own for hours buying and trying to figure out where to plug items (again I am basically an old lady technophobe as they say). 2. They also don't make it clear that you are not scheduling an appt in the traditional sense but rather scheduling a position in a phone queue at say a time like 7 pm eastern. So you end up sitting by the phone at 7 pm for 45 minutes waiting for them to call (since apparently you are 10th in the queue). All this is fine, but it should be the first few things you bring up when someone works with you esp for 137 an hour as there are other local companies one can work with if they seek non remote service. In short, your people are great and sweet, but the upfront disclosure is lacking."
