They installed the plumbing, the dishwasher, made it all look clean and nice by filling in the gaps beside the dishwasher, and installed our counter top all for a very reasonable price! " I assume the clean was ok, but havent used them over the summer, so will know better as the winter sets in. He inspected all the chimneys and gave me a long tale of woe about how bad they are and how they need lots of attention.

Since then I've contracted for chimney caps to be made and installed by my regular contractor for $1500.
Although the cost of the 2 sweeps was good (although by no means a huge bargain) I found with this and another special I bought through Angies List (for HVAC work) that the "inspection" is really a chance to plug for a while load of work i dont really need. i dont think i'll bother with them again

"Vendor arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and said I needed a new ceiling fan. He called Choice, We waited approximately 10 minutes for a call back and an approval to replace the ceiling fan. He went out the truck and brought in a new fan and mounted it. I did have the option of going out to buy a specific make and model vs their replacement one and then he would mount it if I desired. Great service, I am glad I switched to Choice when my last warranty came up for renewal."
