"What an incredible job done by Erskine. The project was actually to remove a wall between our kitchen and dining room. Not a small job. What a fantastic job he did, start to finish. I knew that I wanted to open up the wall, but had no idea how to go about it or what it would look like. Erskine had a vision when we first talked about it, and it turned out better than he had described. He was eager to incorporate any suggestions I had into the project. The final cost was almost right on the money that he quoted. He was very methodical and precise in his work, paying close attention to detail. He cleaned up and even vacuumed every day, so there was no mess or dust. He started the project, saying it would take two weeks, and finished in exactly that amount of time. It is comforting to know that I have someone to help with anything I might need, from brickwork to renovations to repairs to Landscaping! "

After a recent surgery, I took a fall in my closet because there was no space and I found a kit online for a historical Victorian/Edwardian laundry drying system with a rope and pulley. This man literally resurrected a dying form of technology for me. How many handymen can say that? And he did so over multiple trips to both my apartment AND the home improvement stores. He was so kind and so good at his job. He handled everything that this very old, very odd project threw at him with ease. What he built is now my favorite part of my apartment. I would hire him again in a millisecond. Do yourself a favor and hire him for your next project. If he can handle my project, he can handle any project. "

"At first glance, the house looked great after it was cleaned. Came back a few days later to make sure everything was done correctly?. A lot of things were missed. No cabinets were wiped out or vacuumed. Exterior of fridge wasn?t touched at all, still had years worth of dust on the top. The inside of both the microwave and oven weren?t even touched. Those are just the major items? no need to list out everything here. The one thing that showed a night and day difference was the carpet but still that didn?t look amazing. I paid for a deep clean move out service and instead got a surface level clean you?d expect from a normal cleaning. Not satisfied at all as I?ll have to have someone else come fix what they didn?t do before a tenant can move in. Reached out to Carlos to discuss the issues but no response from him after payment was sent. Not sure how that is helpful with retaining customers but whatever. I?d give zero stars if I could."

It was the hottest day of the summer and all new posts were installed by early afternoon, and the deck above was raised a few inches back into level.
