"Technician scheduled an evening estimate, and arrived promptly despite warnings that rush-hour appointments can be dicey. The estimate was detailed and included a sketch for clarity, and the work was accomplished exactly as described. The technician providing the estimate outlined very clearly what our options were in repairing water-damaged walls, ranging from the conservative to the drastic, and described the likely impact in terms of time and cost if we discovered that hidden damage proved more extensive than he assumed from the visible woodwork and drywall. The workman was punctual, polite, and conscientious; not only did he perform and complete the work exactly as desired, but he did all of the cutting and sanding outside to minimize the dust inside wherever possible and carefully avoided conflicting with another repair team that had arrived on short notice to complete another job. He did a beautiful job finishing the work; it's impossible to tell the difference between the existing and repaired wall and trim, and the newly installed access panel is more convenient to operate than the original."

Also they were average at clean-up. The second team was terrific, especially at matching the color and restoring the woodwork. They also did excellent repair/restoration and cleaned up well."
