"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"A very professional outfit. Marshall came to the house and discussed the project (slightly complex issues) and offered a very fair price for the work. Moises and his crew showed up on time and did a truly professional job on the house and garage. Cleaned up behind themselves when finished. I would highly recommend them and their work."

"After another downpour we noticed that the skylight leak had not been fixed properly. We contacted Jesus roofing who said he would be there later that day, as he was going to be in that neighborhood fixing somebody else roof.
He showed up when expected, he was curtious,got to the problem right away by finding out exactly where the leak was occuring.
It seemed to happen only in downpours. We had previously paid to fix this problem, but it was not solved.
He went on the roof with the hose and poked around (figuratively) until he found the problem which turned out to be a place where the water ran UP the skylight into an unsealed area.
For his trouble he only charged us $50!
We definitely shall use him again for a repair or roof replacement.

"Paul does great work, no doubt about it. You don't realize how bad most siding jobs are until you see one down well - like American Siding did for me. Several years later, and the siding looks the same as it did when installed. "The guys who actually installed the siding & windows did a great job. They were professional and paid attention to every detail. They get 5 stars. The Richline sales Rep was nice enough, but led me to believe that the job would start within 3 weeks from when I signed the contract. After several calls trying to get in touch for updates, I was told different dates until they finally started almost one and a half months later. Apparently Richline has disconnected their company phones and only use their cell phones now."
