"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"I originally hired Marshall Painter (from Great American Log Homes) to add a landing and stairs to my deck and put in a patio under my deck. They did such a great job that I hired them again to do my basement and basement bathroom. I was not disappointed, Marshall, Raul (and their guys) did another terrific job on my basement. They worked very hard to meet all of my requirements and were always courteous and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend them and would hire them again. They are also very reasonably priced. "After another downpour we noticed that the skylight leak had not been fixed properly. We contacted Jesus roofing who said he would be there later that day, as he was going to be in that neighborhood fixing somebody else roof.
He showed up when expected, he was curtious,got to the problem right away by finding out exactly where the leak was occuring.
It seemed to happen only in downpours. We had previously paid to fix this problem, but it was not solved.
He went on the roof with the hose and poked around (figuratively) until he found the problem which turned out to be a place where the water ran UP the skylight into an unsealed area.
For his trouble he only charged us $50!
We definitely shall use him again for a repair or roof replacement.

"Paul does great work, no doubt about it. You don't realize how bad most siding jobs are until you see one down well - like American Siding did for me. Several years later, and the siding looks the same as it did when installed. My neighbor had siding put on his house at the same time I had my cottages done, and the siding is already buckled and coming off in places. You get what you pay for."

"The guys who actually installed the siding & windows did a great job. They were professional and paid attention to every detail. They get 5 stars. The Richline sales Rep was nice enough, but led me to believe that the job would start within 3 weeks from when I signed the contract. After several calls trying to get in touch for updates, I was told different dates until they finally started almost one and a half months later. Apparently Richline has disconnected their company phones and only use their cell phones now."
