He has divided a room into two for me, replaced windows and doors, built railings and installed grab bars, put in a beautiful kitchen backsplash, installed bathroom mirror/light fixtures, and repaired drywall and trim. Painting is next on the list! He is extremely professional and responsive and I feel like I have a true partner in my home renovations. As a bonus, he is also reasonably priced! Highly recommend!!"

This man literally resurrected a dying form of technology for me. How many handymen can say that? And he did so over multiple trips to both my apartment AND the home improvement stores. He was so kind and so good at his job. He handled everything that this very old, very odd project threw at him with ease. What he built is now my favorite part of my apartment. "First of all, I love the final product. I initially selected Tosh because Thomas said he'd done this type of project before. However, he didn't talk to me about changes in the supplies and money charges along the way. He hit me with a lot of additional money on the last day, that was way over the estimate he gave me. After we settled on the final bill and he said he would send me an invoice marked paid in full, he contacted me the next day and asked for even more money for additional charges. With the dimensions and diagram I gave him at the start, I feel he had enough information to accurately predict the supplies he would need and include that in the estimate. I would have gladly worked with him on making modifications to stay within my budget if he would have only asked me. Very disappointed in that aspect of this project."
