"Erskine does a fantastic job! He has divided a room into two for me, replaced windows and doors, built railings and installed grab bars, put in a beautiful kitchen backsplash, installed bathroom mirror/light fixtures, and repaired drywall and trim. Painting is next on the list! He is extremely professional and responsive and I feel like I have a true partner in my home renovations. As a bonus, he is also reasonably priced! Highly recommend!!"

"Steve and his employees were very easy to work with and did excellent work. They performed some repairs to my deck floor and repaired rotted out moldings around outside doors. Steve was easy to reach and always returned calls and kept me informed about when he would begin the repairs. The cost of his work was reasonable, and I would highly recommend him for handyman services!!"

"Prompt and professional service. Reasonably priced. Thorough work. Did a fantastic job painting. Repaired some of the eaves so well that it looks original to the house. Also did gutter repairs and cleaning. Made the house look new. Gave me daily updates on the progress of what was done. Recommend highly."

"Great customer service. Would definitely recommend."

"SAMS Remodeling has been excellent! They arrive on time every day and their work awesome. Should be completed by early next week. 3 1/2 weeks to remodel a basement adding a laundry room, bathroom and a water resistant Pergo floor is exactly what I was looking for. Ranks 5 stars in my book."

"They quoted a reasonable price and did a great (and quick) job cleaning out the gutters and installing leafs guards."
