Called Chad Smith. Left message. Never received a return call.

Great professionalism and followed through on everything that was promised.  He was able to provide a quick turnaround of about a week on the work.  Will definitely use him for jobs in the future.

Mr. Smith was very professional, honest, and punctual.  He wanted to perform the job but advised that due to the distance of the building site to his normal area of business he did not feel he could be competitive with my project.   Based on my conversations with this builder I sensed that he was a very knowledgeable and skilled builder.  I felt that he took great pride in his work.  I was disappointed that he would not be involved in my building project.

I knew exactly what I wanted, but I am not a contractor, so I didn't know if what I saw in my head was possible from a building standpoint.  I drew pictures and told Chad what I would like to have.  He made a few suggestions.  The final product was perfect.  My only regret is that I waited so long to have this project done.
We are now having Chad install new doors and install dryway in a bedroom and master bath. 
He is honest and dependable.  I have given him a key to my house so he can work on his schedule and I do not have to be there to let him in.  I would recommend Chad to anyone.  I recommended him to a friend of mine, and they had him build a screened porch for them also in the fall of 2012.

Chad is so good to work with.  He listened to what I wanted (I know what I want, I just don't know if what I want is possible from a construction standpoint), made suggestions, and built a screen porch exactly the way I wanted it.  He is honest and dependable.  Plan to use him for any remodeling or repair projects I have in the future.
