He did a full walk around outside the house and then did a thorough inspection of the basement. It was good to see that he used a moisture meter when doing the inspection. It's amazing that out of four companies that did estimates, NV Waterproofing and one other were the only ones to bring that tool. He looked at a waterproofing system that had been installed right before I moved in and explained what was wrong with it and then explained how it could be fixed. I decided to go ahead with the job. The crew that performed the work was very professional. All had masks, all kept a good distance, and they did a great job of keeping the place clean. The foreman was easy to contact and promptly answered any questions I had during the job. All in all they were great.
