"I couldn't be happier with the job LUX Foundation Solutions did to resolve my basement flooding issue. I requested a list of basement repair professional on Home Advisor and LUX Foundation Repair was the first of three to respond to the request. I scheduled an appointment for LUX to give me a quote on what it would take to resolve my basement flooding. Keagan arrived at the scheduled time and I described the flooding issue. It would require replacing the basement stairwell drain, sump pump and connecting pipe. We also discussed putting french drain and a larger pad at the top of the stairs to close a gap between the foundation and stairs that allowed water to channel into the stairwell. Keagan was upfront about how and when the job would be scheduled. I was contacted when the job was initially scheduled and kept informed on any changes as the start date. Adam and Ace arrived the date specified and went right to work. They were professional, knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. They were a pleasure to work with. He did a full walk around outside the house and then did a thorough inspection of the basement. It was good to see that he used a moisture meter when doing the inspection. He looked at a waterproofing system that had been installed right before I moved in and explained what was wrong with it and then explained how it could be fixed. I decided to go ahead with the job. The crew that performed the work was very professional. All had masks, all kept a good distance, and they did a great job of keeping the place clean. The foreman was easy to contact and promptly answered any questions I had during the job. All in all they were great. Including coming back promptly to finish off a final piece of work that had gotten overlooked."
