"Being a MVP customer was time for Heating/Cooling safety inspections. Kevin Stanley was the HVAC Service Tech assigned to the job. He went over a few issues on our older unit he found during his inspection. I never felt pressured to have the work done and so glad he resolved them on the same day. He definitely went out of his way doing a great job. He explained everything to me that he was doing and also answering all the questions I had. The price was reasonable. He offered to loan me a couple of space heaters for the night. I declined as I had my own. He came back Tuesday with a new valve and I have heat again. I have a disabled and very sickly parent who has immune issues that lives in the home and I specifically stated that a face mask is required. Joshua stated he is not wearing a mask because masks do not work. I stated to him that masks do work and if he is here to do a service in my house a mask is required. I also stated that he either wear a mask or he can not come into my home. He refused to wear a mask and walked away and left. He sent me an email stating I will be getting a refund of 112.50 and as of today 10/18/23, I haven’t been issued my refund. I reached out to inquire about my refund and haven’t heard back."
