The care was ready ahead of time. This was a 2004 Ford Taurus with about 120k miles. Needed some things done to it before driving down to Florida and back. No problems with the trip and the car ran great.

I like using firestone because it is close to my work. I drop my car off at 7 am on my way in to work and pick it up after work. I have done this on several occasions and it is always ready by the time promised. The staff is friendly and since I am a teacher and can not answer the phone during the day I always give instructions for them to call my husband to discuss work that may need to be done and they always follow instructions to do so. I have had my oil changed at this location several times and have always been satisfied with the job they have done. I also have had my car inspected by firestone and they have never tried to make me buy or pay for unnecessary fixes/services. They usually do make recommendations of things they feel should be done, but are not pushy about making me do them.
I feel their prices for oil changes are average, however, for me the convienence of this location is what brings me back to firestone.

This location is close to where I work. I have a Firestone Card so I get a discount on my oil changes. I drive a really old car so there is always a laundry list of repairs that they suggest I make. I generally ignore the list. If I want any major repairs done I go elsewhere because I feel like their pricing is expensive for the services they offer, but they are great for an oil change. The staff has always been courteous.

We went into the store to buy tires and they upsold an alignment. The total cost was reasonable but a little more than we expected (due to the alignment). The front desk staff was very happy to help when you came in but after you have been there for a while and ask when your car will be done they seem a little annoyed. Car took longer than expected and honestly I would have come back another time if I knew it would have taken that long.

I am thoroughly pleased with this Firestone store. These were not the cheapest tires around, but the knowledge of the staff and their high quality work is worth every penny I paid. I did also include a road hazard protection plan in the price. I was given a discount because I had to wait an extra hour for two tires that were supposed to be delivered. Turns out that the truck broke down.
They kept me informed of what was going on every step of the way. They answered every question I asked with courtesy. This store and its employees know what service is supposed to be.

They are good about telling me where the problems are and are realistic about repairs. They don't push services that you don't need.
