They found a leak in my rack and pinion steering so it didn't pass. It would have cost $1100 to fix which I declined. That was more than my car was worth. They did not charge me for the inspection and did not put a rejection sticker on it. This gave me more time to look for a new car.

After scheduling an appointment for 8:00 on Friday morning, I requested an oil change, a check on alignment, and a check on my ac/heat fans since they weren't working. I received a call on Friday afternoon that I needed tires, and the less expensive ones wouldn't be in the store until Saturday morning. Needing transportation, I rented a car, leaving my car at the Four Mile Fork location overnight. I showed up Saturday morning to wait for my repairs (since I had to return the car rental.) At 10:30 AM , I was told the truck wouldn't be in until 1:00 that afternoon, and I could take my car and come back. Before I had reached home, they called to say the tires hadn't been put on their delivery truck after all. The piece for the AC/Heater would be delivered on Monday, as well. So, after waiting 26 hours and paying for a car rental, my appointment got me an oil change and an alignment (of the OLD tires.) Mike and Chris are just as professional and nice as they can be, but their mistakes can be VERY costly.

"We are sorry for the confusion on you car. We did the oil change, alignment, and checked the A/c fan that you stated was not working. The A/c fan was working and the blower direction floor/ a/c vents, defrost, was not changing. We spoke with you and you told us to order the part. We also told you that you needed tires. You chose to order a lower cost tire to the ones we had in stock. At this point there was no need for you to rent a car and we had no idea that you had. You could have taken your car until the tires came in. Something happened with the order and the tires were not going to be delivered on Saturday. While this was out of our hands, we will take the blame. Things do happen. We offered to discount the tires we had in stock but you chose to wait and have everything done on Wednesday when the part came in for the blower direction problem and you already had an appointment for this. Afterward you came in and said we were taking advantage of you? A mistake with the order on the tires was made and we apolologize for that. Not sure what else we could have done. We have been in business for over 55 years and are proud of the service we provide our customers. David Little Little Tire"

I used to take my car to Little Tire regularly to get my oil changed. It was convenient to where I worked and they would always
drop me off at my job so I didn’t have to walk to work. On several occasions they performed services on my vehicle that I didn’t ask for and without my permission. The last time I went they changed my air filter. They didn’t check with me in advance and they charged me for it. When I protested they explained that “It was only $10”. My feeling was if $10 wasn’t much money then
they shouldn’t charge me for something I never gave permission for them to do. Sure $10 isn’t much when it comes to
car repairs, but it was the principal of the matter. They did something to my car without my permission and they presumed to know my financial situation. For all they knew maybe all I had was exactly enough to get an oil change. A similar instance happened when I dropped off my husband’s car. They inspected it when all I wanted was an oil change. They see it as a favor. I don’t see it that way. If I don’t give the ok then don’t do it. It also bothers me that they leave car keys in the ignition with the cars unlocked.

They are usually busy, but get here early in the morning and you can wait for the repair to be finished. It is better if you can leave it with them. Becuse my husband has been doing business with them for 30 years we can even pick the car after hours. Any work they do, they guantee. You can speak with the owers if you are dissatisfied. the repair men are knowledgable.
