"Alex was FANTASTIC! He helped us design our kitchen layout and made recommendations. He never tried to oversell us and was very frank...which I have a GREAT appreciation for! He was at the house when the cabinets were being delivered and stopped in during installation. If you have concerns or aren't entirely happy with something he will make it right as quickly as possible. We have worked with a number of contractors and no one has come close to his level of customer service. He even brought us a bottle of wine and cheese when it was finished:)"

After requesting an estimate, Jon was very quick to respond with a design appointment. He is very knowledgeable about patios of various materials and recommended that we do a paver patio because we had issues with a cement and flagstone patio crumbling after 15 years. He understood what we wanted to do, which is very important because we wanted a patio that would blend into our landscape, not just be plopped in the middle of it.

The crew was excellent. They are experts at what they do, worked very, very hard and maintained a very clean worksite, even going so far as to hose the stone dust off our plants and lawn every night without being asked so as to minimize damage to the yard.

The work, which we were told would take 4-5 days, took place over several weeks due to the weather. Also, be advised that construction work requires a flexible schedule. We signed the contract in April and due to inclement weather, crew positioning and a problem with sourcing the materials, work did not start until July and did not finish until the first week in August, which did get frustrating. Communication with the company is also an issue. Jon was always very apologetic and put in complimentary outlets for us.

The patio is absolutely gorgeous and drains beautifully, even in the monsoon rains that we've had this year. We look forward to many, many years of outdoor entertaining.

"We bought a house that had a severely damaged chimney that looked as if it would fall over and bust through our roof after a modest gust of wind.  A&T came out and did a quick estimate for us which was quite a bit cheaper than other companies and they also did not try to up-sell us to do additional work (replacing flue, etc) using scare tactics.  We quickly scheduled them to come out a week after the estimate in order to do the work.  They probably would have come out even sooner but we waited to get a final quote from another company.  
They arrived promptly at their window and did all the work with neither my wife or I required to be home (a huge huge plus).  They estimated that the work may take up to a day and a half, but finished in half of a day.  After completion of the job they emailed me some photos of the chimney so that I could see what they had done up close without having to get up on a 40 foot ladder.
I would give them A's all around just for what I described, but they went above and beyond.  Because they had some left over materials, they patched up some cracking that they saw on my roof while they were up there  I actually think that this even fixed a small leak in our sun room that I was going to have someone else come out and look out.  Amazing job - would absolutely hire again.

"Jud is the name of the founder of the company and he would be retiring shortly and would be taken over by David. They don’t have any sub-contractors and they have all their own crews for plumbing, tile installation. They gave us one on one advice for selecting tiles for our house. They gave us some ideas and also how to minimize the cost and also gave us idea as to how it would look. They have their own warehouse and showroom where we can see almost everything that they offer and installed. The same folks who are in the showroom are the same people who do installation in my house. Everyday before they left they used to make sure that there was no dust and would clean it up by themselves. They used to treat it as though it was their house. We had some other people who had done the tile installation before and they used to wash their pant in the bathroom sink and we had replaced it earlier but these are amazing and very neat. They are the only people who are suppliers as well as do installation of tiles. I would rate them high overall. They do email and also call up. I would use them again the future."

"From start to finish the accompany was extremely professional.  They met with us and looked at our yard.  They worked with us to come up with an overall plan and price that worked within our budget.  The final drawing was submitted to us and we signed a contract and got a start date for the job.  The job started on time and was completed on time.
