I told her I would give her a check tomorrow, but she refused to accept a check. She said I want Zelle. She said she doesn't have time to meet me. I said okay, then I emailed her the check for $350, but she withdrew the application from the county. When I went to the county today, they told me the architect who submitted the plan, withdrew everything. I reached out to her and told her if she can't finish her job, she needs to return my money so I hire someone else, but she is not responding. She wasted 10 days of my time, took my money and at the end disappeared."
