He gave us some kind of cleaner to help clean the tiles instead of replacing because we were selling my parents house and did not want to spend the money. He gave us the cleaner and said that if it works that we were just going to pay for the cleaner. If not, he said he would fix the cleaner up. We did not end up replacing the floor. We just used his cleaner. We were very grateful. He saved us money. He was not trying to sell us something we did not need. So, it was nice, and he was also responsive. He did work for my sister’s mother-in-law, and they liked them. So, they recommended him, and I called him."
