"We were very satisfied - Carl, the tech, came EXACTLY (seriously) on time - at 8:00am (he was scheduled to arrive between 8:00am - 8:30am); he knocked on the door, and as our doggy barked & warned us of 'an intruder', I looked at the clock & watched it tick to 8:01am.........  Amazing !

He kindly introduced himself & asked to confirm what we wished to have completed; he then immediately began working non-stop until approximately 3 hours later, he completed the tasks & showed us what he did.  We were very pleased with the work he did - everything looked great & he left no mess or anything !

We thanked him & told him we would definitely use Mr. Handyman in the near future, as we have an outside spigot that is loose and needs to be reinforced - he said, yep, can be done easily in about an hour...  So - we shall soon call Mr. Handyman again !!!

"I hired Ultimate Craftsman to tear down an old deck and build a new larger screened in porch with sky lights in it's place. The designer Dave really listened to what I wanted and got on paper my exact vision. The owner Mark always answered his phone and was quick to address any concerns. He used quality materials and professional craftsman. His carpenter John and his roofer Rodney showed great pride in their work. The end result was exactly what I asked them to build and we have received many compliments from our neighbors."

"Frank, the owner was wonderful! He always strived for high quality workmanship at a fair price. All of his subcontractor that he worked with directly were honest people. Frank stayed true to expected deadline and was wonderful at communicating throughout. If we ever needed home improvement again, he would be the first person we call. Thank you for your great job!"

"Kevin really took the time to walk my wife and I through various options, the pros and cons, and so forth. He did very well in keeping us informed throughout, keeping the project on time and on budget...and how often can you say that about a general contractor? I'd happily work with Kevin and Poquoson again and again."

"All went well. Job done in time estimated and at even better price than original rough estimate. Stairs look great; all cutting/fitting was done with great precision."
