"Called the Pipe Doctors on the 25th, and Owen showed up that day. Very professional. Fixed the problem for quite a lot less than the other plumber quoted us. I like that they want to do a great job, and work with the customers for the long haul. There was no pressure, price gouging etc. Such a pleasure to see honest professionalism. "Quick and Good. not cheap. I Found my 20 year old gas water heater was leaking. I decided to replace it. They responded to my evening Homeadvisor request in minutes. We discussed the job and I hired them. The next morning they were at my house with everything they needed and did a professional job. It cost me over $2200 and there is an extra fee for paying with credit card. but I was happy with the job done and the customer service. They will be my first go to plumber for future projects."

"I have had the best experiences with the Plumb Magic crew.  I think I have met most of them so far!  They came and ran a gas line across our house to the generator that was installed.  The day before they came out for the gas line, our outside spigot broke, and was pouring water in, so I had them fix that after they installed the gas line, as well as a leak from a previous plumber.  Then they came and set all the fixtures for the final install in the basement bathroom, as well as re-piped the sewer ejector pump vent and waste line to be more efficient, and cleaned out said pit since debris was left in there.  A month or 2 after that, the ejector pump died that previous bad plumber installed, so they installed a new one.  Michael actually came by to bring the pump,and check the job.  Next was a leak in the ceiling of the basement bathroom on a Sunday after Christmas.  So they came out the following Monday to repair it.  I have called them on many weekends and gotten on their schedule for non-emergency issues the next business day.  
If I had used Plumb Magic from the beginning of my basement finishing project, I could have saved myself a lot of money, and headaches!  Plumb Magic will now, and forever be my go to plumbers!  I have recommended them to several friends and will continue to.  Thank you!
