"I first contracted Sixpenny for an animal removal issue in our fireplace/chimney. They were able to get a technician out within 2 days (which was great, the smell was awful!). They cleaned and deodorized, and inspected the chimney and told me it was not safe to use. I called them again to make the repairs, and again, they were able to get a team out within a few days. Katherine listened to my concerns and was able to work her magic to get a team out sooner than expected. They completed the work in one day! She kept me informed every step of the way. Follow up was great, service was great, craftmanship was great. I can't say enough good things about them. Thanks for getting my fireplace safe to use, and for the excellent customer service!"

"It went very well. They came on time. They did their work well. They told me how often I should get it cleaned and if I'm just using the fireplace twice a year, not to worry, that I didn't have to get it cleaned until every 3 or 4 years."
