Livingston Fireplaces Co.

Craig from Livingston Fireplaces came out to service my gas fireplace today, which hasn't worked for a number of years. Not only was the service great, but the total price (including extras like a new wall switch, glow embers, and sealing the bottom) was significantly less than what other companies wanted to charge for just the basic service.

Livingston Fireplace was awesome. Not only was I able to get an appointment the next day, but Mike discovered several issues going on with our gas fireplace and cleaned the fireplace for a lower price than what competitors are charging. He was quick and efficient, polite, left absolutely no mess, and very friendly. We would use Livingston Fireplace again in a heartbeat. I have never had a more pleasant and efficient repair done. If I could give them an A+ I would. I have been trying to get this issue fixed for three years, and used two other providers. Livingston is the first that identified a wiring issue rather than trying to sell me new, unnecessary parts. More importantly, the technician found a hole in the back of the fireplace that was allowing cold air into the house. He fixed it, eliminating the severe draft that existed previously. Helpful, professional and cost effective. What more could you ask for?

My impression is Mr. Livingston is true professional craftsman that takes real pride in the quality and appearance, and of course safety of the gas fireplace installations he does.  Livingston Fireplaces did exactly what was planned and committed with no issues.
