Alex was so easy to work with, really informative, very responsive, prompt, quick, thorough - all the attributes you want from someone doing a house project. Alex is the owner of the Deluxe Power Washing company in Arlington that started up this year. I have known Alex for several years and personally know the high quality of his work. Alex was a manager at a power washing company well known in the Arlington area over several years. He helped that owner to establish and build the business. He is now breaking out on his own. He is well experienced in the business and understands the importance of properly mixing cleaning agents and chemicals depending on whether he is cleaning a house, Trex deck, wooden deck, flagstone, roof, etc. He uses the same high quality soft system and industrial equipment designed for both residential and commercial. I know Alexs strong attention to detail and high ethical standards on doing things the right way. We have personally used him in other areas as well.

The company did a thorough job of cleaning the exterior of the house as well as the entrance path, which looked remarkably different after the service. And I was not even present when the job was done.
