"We moved into new house and quickly found out the basement had major water issues due to years of neglect (including a clogged and poorly installed English drain from years ago, and a sump pump that while it worked, never pumped water.). Given the investment we made in buying the house, we wanted to make sure we left no doubt in our mind that we were fixing it for the long haul so we could use the basement without worry of mold/mildew for our kids. We had NV Waterproofing install perimeter wide gutter guards, and a new sump pump system and drainage pipes. As soon as the work was done we got rain, and for the first time in the 4 months since we have lived here I saw the water that otherwise would be in our basement actually in the rear of our backyard by the discharge pipe. "DB's did a fantastic job. I contacted them on Monday, 21 Apr 14, and they responded in less than 15 minutes.  They were able to schedule me on the day/time I requested, which was great because I only work from home on certain days.  DB's arrived on time and had the parts necessary to replace my pipe/faucet.  They were very professional and neat, no mess left behind.  The job took less then an hour, which was under the quoted amount of time.  The price quoted was also lower than the actually one, which is always a plus. 



I should also mention, DB's was at my home in Jan 14, I had the same issue with my front yard water pipe/faucet.  This problem  actually caused the water to run into my basement utility room, which I had no idea what the issue was at the time.  I called DB's in a panic.  They called me right back and showed up in less than a hour to resolve the issue.  I didn't even think to turnoff the main water valve to my house so DB's took care of that right away.  Again, they replaced the front yard water pipe (inside the wall) and replaced the front water faucet in less than an hour, with no mess left behind.  DB's checked my backyard water faucet to see if it was okay and mentioned my pipe might be cracked as well since there was frozen water in the pipe/hose....they were right.  



While checking my backyard water faucet DB's identified my next door neighbor's outside water faucet pipe had burst (water was running into my back yard) and he fixed their pipe/faucet as well.  I was very impressed with their willingness to help someone in need, even though they were not scheduled for service, and my neighbor was not even aware of the problem.  DB's is the best and I will definitely use their services again.
