"We were seeing a lot of wood rot on our deck railing. Coghlan did the repair neatly and efficiently. A few weeks later, some of the materials they used started to buckle, and the work come apart. I called them, and they made not the least fuss about it. Came out, took a look, and set about immediately to redo the whole job better than before, including some new materials. I think as many man hours went into the correction as went into the original job, with no evasions and no bill. That is quality. That is professionalism. That is integrity. I can't recommend Pat and Adam Coghlan any more highly based on this job. Initial work was in early April, the final touch was on June 24, 2020.show more
