"They gave gave us a 9-12 window for when they would show up and were there and showed up at 9:20. He found the problem, an improperly installed dishwasher water connection, right away. He repaired it and gave us pictures and a report that we were able to submit to our insurance, since it had been leaking for a year and a half.
