Unfortunately, that may not be the case. You don't need to be a Civil Engineer (I am a licensed Civil Engineer) to realize you have been given something you didn't order. One Pro is their responsiveness. You will get "a" product in timely fashion however, in my experience, it will not be what you ordered.
