He did an excellent job removing the dirt and mildew from the home (most was on the north-facing side). He was very professional, and very reasonably priced. We will be hiring him again next year!

This is the second time I have had Tyrone power wash our house. He is prompt, reliable and does an excellent job. He also charged the same amount this time as he did two years ago. I will continue to use him as long as I have a house and he is washing them.

Tyrone did a great job! He had to reschedule because it rained on the original date, but he kept us informed and came when he said be would. He was friendly, courteous, careful not to damage our shrubs, and his price was fair. I would use him again when the need arises.

We used Tyrone last year due to the excellent service he provided. This year we were equally impressed. He was booked solid due to his reputation and work but it was worth the wait. He called the day before to remind us and called to let us know he was going to be a little late due to a previous job that was taking a while to complete. His work was impeccable and the price was more than fair.

Tyrone is the absolute BEST. He is one of the very few vendors I have used who does what he says he will do, when he says he will do it, and he is very reasonably priced. I have recommended him to several others who continue to call him first as well. Can tell how good he is, as there is always a waiting list, and I have learned to call early in the spring so as not to have to wait a month for the service - but I would because he is that good. Quality, dependability, professionalism, and fair price. Have used him for 6 years now.

The exterior house, and especially the porch, were covered in pollen, spider webs, and mildew. I also asked Tyrone to power wash sections of a wooden fence, but he warned me that it wouldn't come out looking like new since it was so old. Tyrone did an excellent job and, surprisingly, even the fence looks great again. He even washed two large storage bins covered in algae even though I didn't ask him to. He was professional and honest, followed up when he said he would, and arrived on time. His rate was fair and I will definitely have him power wash again. Highly recommend.

Excellent work! Punctual, professional, and focused on doing a good job. One of the best we have hired thru Angie's List over many years. He was here for several hours. People that we have hired in the past have wanted to do separate pricing for the house, versus, the deck, versus the sidewalk, etc. He gave us one reasonable price for everything. Very impressed and would highly recommend.

We've had Tyrone power wash the exterior of our house several times over the past few years. He always walks the house perimeter and will let us know if we need to remove anything, such as porch furniture cushions, before he begins. On time, professional, and the price is always fair for the work done.

I requested an estimate from Action Power Washing on a Sunday afternoon thru email on Angie's list. Tyrone got back to me by email that evening with an estimate. I agreed to the estimate price by email, and we set a date for the power washing. The work was scheduled for a Wednesday, and he called me the Monday before to confirm the date and set an exact time. He called me the morning of the appointment and apologized that his first job was taking a bit longer, and he would be about an hour late. He arrived in less time time than the extra hour. Tyrone did a fantastic job on our two story colonial and our 8x8 garden shed. He also did our little front porch, the brick foundation all around the house, the concrete apron in front of the garage door, and even did the 6x14 deck attached to our back screen porch because he said it already had cleaner on it from the house. We have been in our house for 33 years and have had the house power washed at least seven times before. Tyrone did the best, most comprehensive job ever.

Excellent. Tyrone was awesome. He performed the work exactly on the date he originally scheduled and called me two days prior to confirm the date. He is very busy and has quite the backlog (no doubt due to his superb work), but I was in no rush and he scheduled my project about a month out and came exactly as planned. His estimate was about average compared to others (not the highest, not the lowest) , but he was immediately responsive (within a day or so) to an Angie's List request for quote. He estimated a little high so when he came to perform the work he charged me less as it did not take him as long as he originally thought (on both houses)! The homes look great. He was quick and courteous! A real professional! I now know why he has the best Angie's List rating of any contractor I've every seen on Angie's List. His work speaks for itself! Great job Tyrone. Excellent! best job we've ever had for powerwashing. It's so nice to see someone that cares so much about what they do. He worked for over 2 hours and we just have a small rancher. He was excellent to work with and followed through on all he said he would do. His price was very reasonable considering all of the work he did. We will definitely hire Tyrone again.
