He was very professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable about each job, always arrived on time, did each job in a timely manner, explained to me what needed to be done each time to make sure I approved, he repaired a window, repaired a front door frame, put in new faucet in bathroom, replaced large piece of hardwood flooring in dining room. I have other things that need to be repaired or replaced & I will certainly call him for those also.

Carlos did the estimate and the work all in a very short span of time. He was on time, communicative, knowledgeable, friendly and great with my dog! The cost was reasonable and the quality of the work was excellent. The next time I need any work done he will be my first call.

I messaged Angie’s list. Carlos messaged me almost immediately and we set up appointment to look at the job within the next hour. He quoted me a price and he said he could complete the work that same day by 6 PM. The undetermined leak was found and repaired for a very reasonable price. I’m having him come back Monday to complete the repair work inside the rental unit that developed because of the water leak. Again for a reasonable price. He’s very professional. He knows what he’s doing. He gets to work done in a timely manner for reasonable price. He couldn’t ask for anything more from a repair person..

Carlos did an excellent job. I am well please with the work that he done this morning. I was able to open up my cabinet doors without worrying if they were going to fall off the hinge I know my neighbors are please that I finally got my shutters back up and not hanging off the house I am so pleased with the new curtain rods that he installed.
