"Cristobal Palencia did an excellent job of organizing the work and keeping me informed on any issues that might change during the approximately one week total that it took to do the job. The cost was very competitive with other companies I had quote me for the work done and the progress was quite fast and well done. the work crew showed up on a timely basis and did the work well and quickly, the only issue were some very minor communication issues, but nothing of consequence, they did a very good job and covered the roof for protection and to make clean up easier and it looked great when they were done. I am a big DIY person, so I hire very few professionals, but this job was too big and up on the roof for me to do, and Palencia Masonry did a spectacular job in a very timely manner and at a very reasonable cost, I would definitely use them for masonry work in the future. Now, we will have to see how the job weathers over time, but I great confidence that it was done well and will last. The only issue was a minor problem with the existing chimney flashing which accidentally got pulled back during the work, but it won't be hard to fix, and I just mention it for reference, so don't let that stop you from calling Cristobal for your project, he and his crew did a really great job."

Their work may be of higher caliber (based on reviews likely not) however, if you are seeking quality product delivery Roc Construction LLC IS NOT where you want to order. Received product saturated with earth & fill that was supposed to be something else. Justin will refeence all his experience in construction to justify what he sent you is in fact what you ordered. Unfortunately, that may not be the case. You don't need to be a Civil Engineer (I am a licensed Civil Engineer) to realize you have been given something you didn't order. One Pro is their responsiveness. You will get "a" product in timely fashion however, in my experience, it will not be what you ordered. I recommend ordering from a reputable company with stronger reviews. Please don't lose thousands of dollars like I did."

"After several attempts they finally appeared for an estimate. A rough estimate was given and later finalized. The cost was over $6000. Discussions occurred about how the job was to be performed in terms of the pour. I provided a picture of what we wanted and they suggested how to do it. The permit papers require the contractor’s name and license number. When at the county permit center I was informed that if I solely applied for the permit I would be liable for the entire job to include all code requirements, inspections and any injuries on my property. The county person stated that the contractor should be on the paperwork. When I contacted Mr. Camporeale, the estimator he became agitated that they had to become involved. In reality it seemed he was upset that his company would be held accountable for their own work. While I was still at the office he contacted me again saying he had spoken with an associate and they were withdrawing their name from the bid. Here yet is another instance of a contractor wanting the job/money but also attempting to avoid having to be responsible for any problems, violations or quality of work. I checked their website and although they may be I did not see any sign of being bonded. Do not allow any contractor on your property that isn’t responsible enough to carry a bond. A bond is for your protection not his and not having one is a red flag that he is not looking out for your interests despite the fact that he is in your employment. The business card for Timberlake Contracting, LLC states “Dog house to a High-Rise”. Heaven help the poor dog."
