Ed was my tech. He was very knowledgeable about what I needed. I was told I needed two different techs for my job. Ed was able to do everything I needed. Excellent job done. The tech who was named Ed was on time and called to verify he was on the way. He was very knowledgeable about my pc problem. I had used another company the day before and that tech could fix my problem. Ed left my work station in order, he wrapping the cords so they werenâ t a mess and put my monitors in order. I am very pleased and will definitely recommend this company.
