"Good Evening Mr. [Member Name Removed], I would like to take this opportunity to extend to you our sincere apology for not contacting you to discuss your home project. However, you reached out to us on 10/1/19 and responded with a negative review in less than 12 hours. We were unable to respond to you as quick as we would have liked to but due to high volume of calls at times we sometimes fall short in our response time and we unfortunately have been known to overlook a potential customer at times. To you and other potential customer’s we will strive to do better. We wish you the best on your home project. Allen Rasnake GC"

"It was our pleasure [Member Name Removed] in providing our professional services to you by fixing the damages/repair work that was needed in getting your home back in shape. We look forward to helping you with future home projects or remodeling jobs. Thanks again!"
We were in the midst of a horrible dispute with ORKIN who was responsible for seeing that the termites did not damage our house
so we did not get to spend much time with Mr. Rasnake and I cannot remember so much about the relationship we had with him. I just remember being very impressed with the manner in which he was able to replace sills."[Member name removed] Thank you so much for the kind review. Allen and the boys spoke very highly of you and your husband. Thank you for the herb plant which I have enjoyed in my cooking. Please keep in touch on your next home project/repair jobs. Tammy"

"Dear Ms {member name removed}, We regret that we failed in getting back to you as promised with a home visit from Allen Rasnake. Unfortunately, Allen had been dealing with injuries from a car accident which interfered with him fulfilling his obligation to you and that is something he regrets. If we can assist you in the near future please give us a chance to correct our mistake. Again, please accept our apologies. Tammy"
