"Our experience with Ultimate Garage Floors was absolutely flawless. We almost went with a painter but at the last minute, I decided to try and find a company that specialized in garage floors. I spoke with Jeff, the owner, and he gave a great overview of the company. He said about 1/3 of his customers came to him after trying to lay epoxy themselves and it ended up being a complete disaster. Jeff sent a Project Manager to our house to measure our garage and they did the work the next week. My wife said the manager was incredibly professional and came off as competent and knowledgeable.When I came home from work, I was blown away by how good the floor looked. We also had the walls and ceiling painted (by a painting company) and my garage looks incredible. Our floor has a nice shine to it (not too shiny) and it's much softer than the concrete. "They did the work,but I am not pleased with the finishing. The cabinets are not working fine, because the floor of the garage wasn’t even. There was like a V shaped long area which was not covered and later they covered that. I was a little bit displeased with the aesthetic of it , but the system changed the look of mine. I want them to be aware of these kind of things because they do this all the time. When everything is new and this 3-4 inches of area is left behind in front of the garage, it doesn’t look nice. They also came back and removed a cabinet because it was obstructing when I took my car out."

"A water pipe broke upstairs and did considerable damage. Lemus Contracting had to take down the kitchen cabinets and rebuild the drywall ceiling and walls, then put everything back up. The drywall all had to be repainted. The same type of work was necessary in the bathroom. They were helpful in proposing solutions to various problems that arose during the reconstruction. Finally they had to dry things out to prevent mold and also replace some of the laminate flooring which had been damaged in other rooms. I found them to be conscientious and punctual in their work. I have used them for other projects since then with similar results."
