He was responsive, polite, and experienced, and his crew was the happiest group of men we have ever had work on our home - which speaks volumes about company leadership. We are very pleased with the synthetic slate roof they installed. They started promptly after we signed the contract with two crews of men some days. Having the roof finished in a week was lovely.
