"What a great experience! Scheduling was a breeze; and the plumber, Owen, arrived on time, well within the window after a call that he was on his way. I originally scheduled them to install a touchless kitchen faucet I had purchased; when he was here, I inquired about replacing the garbage disposal and then he noted some issues with my current kitchen sink traps (which were clear to see when he pointed them out). Owen was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional; and he immediately flexed from my initial faucet installation request to add the other two items to the scope. "Once Mr. Wilkerson arrived, I told him the problem I was having with my sink. He then started performing the work to unclog my drain. It did not take that long for him to unclog my drain and he checked to make sure it was running fine before he left. I continued to monitor the flow of the water draining in the sink. It has been a week since he performed the work on my sink and I have not had any problems so far."

"My basement was flooded last week, and I wanted to make sure my sump pumps are working properly.  So I called JCTHI, and the owner Juan Carlos stopped by today to check on the sump pumps.  While he's here, he even helped me solving a problem I have with my radon mitigation system free of charge.  The manometer showed a "zero" reading for the past few months, and I thought this thing was broken until Juan Carlos pointed out the "zero" reading was caused by a pinched tube due to improper installation.

"Reddick and Sons replaced our old heat pump system after we started having problems with it. The company is well-run and everything is handled professionally and efficiently. The technicians are very knowledgeable and always answered all our questions. They quickly provided estimates for several different replacement system options covering a range of costs. The cost estimates were quite reasonable and they did not try to convince us to buy a more efficient system that would have been more expensive. While waiting for the installation, they were very helpful in keeping our old system running, coming out a couple of times at no extra cost to address problems that arose. The installation team arrived on schedule and worked carefully and efficiently. All the work was very nicely done. We are very happy with how the whole the process went and with the professionalism of the technicians and the organization. "I contacted Granite Vision and spoke with Roni, explaining that because the vanity was in an awkward place in this small bathroom, I needed help to decide what was required. Joseph and another member came within a couple of days to assess the situation, make recommendations, and take measurements. Joseph then emailed pictures of various granite slabs since I was unable to get to their site, and within a week his team installed the top, offset sink, and my faucet. Both their installer and plumber readily answered all questions. Also, because I have add'l bathroom remodeling to do, I asked Joseph for any recommendations he may have for providers with whom he's worked who do smaller jobs and are good. He did make some recommendations and responded quickly to any questions I had regarding these providers. "I was looking for a small bathroom vanity countertop in  a specific Silestone color.  (A small remnant is NOT easy to find)!  I called and spoke with Nicholas.  He was extremely courteous.  He did not have what I wanted but was willing to make some calls and said he would  contact me the following week when he returned from vacation.  He did call back (which was pretty awesome in itself) and had located what I wanted.  I considered his pricing to be very fair.  Because of circumstances, I did not end up using him.  However, I was impressed with his courtesy, professionalism,and pricing. In future remodeling projects,  I would definitely call Stone Depot first.

"Mike was the first to respond when I used the Angie's List tool to find a contractor. He was punctual, professional and honest. It took him about an hour to do the job, turn the water back on and clean up. He let me know the price estimate beforehand and left the old part to show how much wear and tear it had. I would use them again!"
