"Technician Nick called Friday Morning informing me he was on his way.  Upon arrival I took him to the patient dryer.  Within the hour he correctly diagnosed the problem, found he did not have the part on his truck or at there warehouse, but located the part at a local vender called Tubbins something.  After quoteing me a price on the repair and replacement of the defective pump and informing me the repair could be completed on installation of the new part I authorized the work and Nick went to get the pump from Tubbins.  He maintained his work area, removed all water and dust from the work area, successfully installed the new pump, and successfully retested the washing machine.  I happily paid with BBT Visa thanked technician Nick for his professional service and called the wife with the happy news.  Three loads of laundry later it still sounds like a new washing machine.  Thank You Mobile Appliance Repair.
