"Installed a 20 amp dedicated circuit above cabinet for new microwave. While removing the old exhaust fan, the electrician suggested also adding an additional plug above the countertop which I thought was a very good idea. I would use their services again and thought the price was fair."

Anthony did the work with minimal drywall damage and installed a new, stronger box. John assessed the hallway light issue as a bad switch and make the repair very quickly. For over 30 years, Root Electric Services has been serving the Northern Virginia area as a residential and commercial service electrician. The company is now in its second generation, being founded by Bill and Janice Root in 1986, and now growing under the direction of their son, Bill. Root employs a small number of professional, highly productive, and friendly electricians. \n \nRoot Electric sets itself apart from competitive companies by providing comprehensive, up-front pricing. That means Root Electric provides bids that include all of the components needed for each specific installation. In contrast, some contractors omit certain critical parts from the bid to win the job, then add them back in as a change order after the contract is signed and work has begun. Our customers appreciate that we tell then what they are buying, then deliver what we promised at the price that we quoted. \n \n

"I was looking for someone to install two newly purchased Google Nest floodlight cameras and requested quotes from about seven different contractors. After comparing my options, I decided to move forward with Mr. Deepak because his pricing was by far the most reasonable. He came out, completed the installation exactly where and how we wanted it, was respectful and professional throughout the entire process, and got the job done without any unnecessary complications. I’ve already saved Mr. Deepak’s number and will absolutely contact him again for any future electrical projects. Fair pricing, good work, and a straightforward experience from start to finish. Five stars. Highly recommend!"

"I had a very good experience with Reddick & Sons from beginning to end. I contacted them via Angie's List about a quote for recessed lighting and they got back to me right away. They sent a representative out to see the work we wanted done. We wanted recessed lights put up in 3 rooms. I initially told them that I wanted 4 lights in each room. However, when the representative came out, he told my husband that we really only needed 2 lights rather than 4 in two of the rooms. I appreciate the fact that they made a recommendation that saved us some money, even though it meant they would not make as much on the job! The person who came to do the job showed up on time, was friendly and professional. I showed him the rooms and he got straight to work. He did a great job. We were very pleased with the final product. I would not hesitate to call on this company again."

"Jamie was very professional and a real nice guy. He did an excellent job with the electrical work. He installed a few ceiling fans and lights, and also installed a TV above our fireplace. He even patched the holes after he was done. Highly recommend him"

"It went well.  The technician only needed to cut one hole in the ceiling for the wiring.
I had to call the company back to assist me with wiring a new slide dimmer for an additional charge.
