I only called for a quote, and he did not try to pressure me to get the work done right there and then. I asked him to do it immediately after he told me what needs to happen. Once I did, he clarified several times to ensure I understood what the quote covers and what it does not cover. He completed the work of installing a light fixture very quickly and ensured every step of the way that I was satisfied with the height, the location, and the function of it. He even explained how this light that I chose would fail in future and what needs to be done if that happens.
