"Carlo and his assistant were outstanding. Very professional, courteous, polite, well mannered. Carlo explained everything very clearly before we committed to proceeding with the work. I only called for a quote, and he did not try to pressure me to get the work done right there and then. I asked him to do it immediately after he told me what needs to happen. Once I did, he clarified several times to ensure I understood what the quote covers and what it does not cover. He completed the work of installing a light fixture very quickly and ensured every step of the way that I was satisfied with the height, the location, and the function of it. He even explained how this light that I chose would fail in future and what needs to be done if that happens. He didn't try to upsell any services or products and actually gave me advice on saving money when he could have just as well spent some time and charge me unnecessarily (I had an issue of flashing light bulbs in a yard lamp).
