The CitruSolution Carpet Cleaning process uses a citrus-based solvent that is manufactured exclusively for us. This outstanding formula eliminates the residual problems caused by steam, shampoo, and chemical cleaning, so your carpets stay cleaner longer. We begin with a pre-spray of the entire carpet with the CitruSolution, using a 5-gallon backpack sprayer. We then use a rotary machine with a dirtnapper system. This bonnet and brush system cleans the carpet fiber and wicks up debris from deep within the carpet. We finish by using a Lindhaus vacuum to dry vacuum the carpet. We use a Lindhaus because of what it picks up as well as how well it keeps dirt and particulates in its filtration systems. We clean this way because it cleans better, dries faster, stays cleaner longer, and smells great! Environmentally Friendly and Safe for kids and pets.

"I discovered petpee.com when I was searching online for ways to remove the urine odor from our 10’ x 14’ Karastan wool oriental rug. I had planned to clean the rug myself, but I was intrigued by the videos I saw on YouTube of petpee.com’s owner, Meir Martin, demonstrating how he cleans rugs like mine. I searched for petpee.com reviews and was blown away by the number of glowing reviews that had been written by satisfied customers. I knew then and there that I wanted to turn my rug over rug to Mr. Martin to finally get rid of the urine odor that had been building up for over 10 years. I called him and got a quote of $1079, which included shipping both ways, cleaning the rug, and a guarantee that I would not be able to detect any urine odor when my rug was returned to me. After getting over the sticker shock, my husband gave me the green light to send the rug to petpeepee.com. I think he was more interested in getting rid of my constant complaints about the urine odor than the actual odor itself! Mr. Martin walked us through how to pack up our rug for shipping via UPS, having us send him pictures to make sure we had prepared it properly. Even though we followed his instructions, I received an email from UPS 5 days later that my rug had been lost. I was regretting my decision to send my rug off for cleaning, UNTIL Mr. Martin worked his magic! I was very clear on the phone about what I wanted done and was quoted a price of $119.00. When the technician arrived he told me that his invoice only specified 1 flight of stairs and that doing both flights would raise the price to $149.00 and that adding an area meant that I lost the $20 discount for a total bill of $169.00! I argued with them and asked for a manager. After a long wait they told me that they'd listened to the tape of my initial call and that I had made myself clear. They agreed to the original price although I still lost the discount! By this time, I told them to go ahead with it. Later I looked for reviews online (which I should have done earlier) and found that the often used these tactics to inflate the price. DON'T HIRE THESE PEOPLE! They are thieves and con men!"
