"Most other services I called for a repair of my non-working gas fireplace wanted to inspect my firplace, clean the firplace, check the fireplace to give me an estimate, etc. None of them would agree to just repair it without doing things I did not need done. They quoted anywhere from $99 to $325 to clean, ispect, etc., but no commitment to repair the log fireplace. Conde Tech Services was the exception. They quoted $250 to clean the logs and the enclosure and repair the non-working fireplace. Eddie was the technician. he spent close to 3 hours meticulously cleaning each element of the logs and the enclosure, replaced batteries, and got the logs to fire up again. He was also an excellent communicator and focused on repairing things, not rushing to get out with a quote for future services. Good man, Eddie."

"Without a doubt, I will call this company for any future needs. Last year, I had regular maintenance done on my furnace and they scared the crap out of me when they told me I needed a bunch of work done and repairs on my gas furnace. I held off and crossed my fingers all last winter and decided this year was finally time to face it... so began the phone calls.. then I got a return call from Parrish services. Alan, the owner, came to my house at 7 p.m. on a Friday to do a check on my gas furnace. This was after one company told me it would be a $6800 replacement job, and another told me $69 bucks just for them to come look at it and even then they would only tell me they'd call me Monday morning to confirm and then call me at some point Monday to let me know then they were within 30 minutes of being here, but couldn't give me any idea of what time that would be. Ugh. Add to the mix that I'm a single mom and I used to just pick up the phone and call my dad for advice on EVERYTHING.... he passed away a little over a year ago and this was the first major home issue that I had where I couldn't get my dad's advice... let the meltdowns begin...
