They (Jimmy, Justin, and Jaime) arrived within the hour, and even though the vent was roughly 30 feet up (I had called other vent cleaners and they don't provide services over 20 feet) they assessed my dryer vent issue(s) and determined I needed a nest removal. We looked at preventative measures I had, and they provided to keep the birds out. I eventually went with their solution and purchased it at a separate cost. The experience was roughly an hour. He removed the caps and installed stainless steel screens over the flue opening on both fireplaces to help prevent bat intrusion through the flue. He did an excellent job. During his inspection, Tim noticed a hole in the b-vent chimney. Tim installed a new b-vent chimney from the basement to the roof. He connected it to the water heater and the furnace. There was no damage to our drywall which he had explained was a possibility during installation. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the debris and removing the existing pipe.
