"This is the second big project we've done with REO Service Pro. They finished our basement a few years ago. Both projects were done with quality and professionalism. Gary is very easy to work with. He listens and offers suggestions when needed or appropriate. I also used an interior designer with whom he worked with ease. We had an aggressive time frame for this project and it was met. Our two favorite things about working with Gary and his crew are 1) their quickness in responsiveness and 2) quality control. On multiple occasions I witnessed Gary instructing a crew member to "rip it out and start all over". In our experience with house projects, that is a rarity. Most contractors are okay with mediocre work to save time and effort. As a result, the end product was great. In terms of cost, they may not be your cheapest bid but they won't be your most expensive either. The investment is worth it. I highly recommend REO Service Pro."

"Joe & Sons was hired to determine and fix the cause of a water leak that was damaging a bedroom ceiling. Owner Jalal determined that roof damage had allowed the leakage, and he and assistant Saed (sp?) repaired the roof (new shingling; caulking with roof cement; thorough cleaning of shingles and gutters), as well as patching the damaged bedroom ceiling area and repainting the ceiling. They also voluntarily (and at no additional cost) fixed a sticky screen door by removing it and planing its bottom. The entire experience couldn’t have been better. Jalal and Saed were extremely polite and conscientious, taking excellent care to keep the work areas clean, and explaining everything they did. They were also very prompt/timely, responding to phone calls, texts, and the contract itself very quickly. They definitely rank among the best contractors we’ve ever hired, and would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. (Full disclosure: It has not rained since the repairs.)"

"Service was fast and professional. Would hire again!"

"Dickens is very talented and professional. He showed up on time, was very neat and tidy with his work, and did outstanding high quality work. He was super adaptable allowing me to add on jobs as we went along. He installed two ceiling fans, replaced bathroom light fixtures, caulked the bathtub and kitchen sink and other jobs. Would definitely hire Dickens for more jobs. Very pleased."

"I would give CIC 6 stars if the system allowed. Christian and his associate were able to assemble the bed, TV console, lift-top coffee table, and so much more. They did the work quickly and everything worked perfectly. We were so happy that when we purchased more furniture that needed assembling the next day, we called him and he was able to fit us right in. Fair prices and great customer service. I highly recommend them."

"I had two basement windows that are ground level and the wood trim had rotted out. Windows also needed caulking. Final service was brick pointing on the garage. Small projects that would take maybe a little more than half a day. Sent pictures and received a detailed breakout of costs including time and materials. Jorge Falcones arrived on time and did a great job. Was very pleased and will use again for some small indoor projects."

"Great service and communication leading up. A++ experience and would recommend."

"I was in need of multiple small projects involving the hanging of multiple pictures and designer wall hangings in multiple locations in my home in McLean, Virginia. Janus ZR Construction Services was very professional, and efficient. The Janus ZR Construction Services handyman had the right tools and professional know-how to get the job done quickly and exactly to my specifications. I have additional work that needs to be done around my home and I plan to use Janus ZR Construction Services again ! I was very, very pleased with the services provided."

"Mike is hands down the best handyman around. First off, he's an honest guy. We were looking for a deal on an air conditioner installment so we figured Mike could do the job and we would buy the unit & save some money. When we asked him, he was up front and said have the company you buy it from to do the install and get the warranty. Honest answer from a good guy. We have used his services for three years as have several of our neighbors. He is timely, responsible, and his work is great. We've hired him for garage door repair, to fix broken windows, electrical work, powerwashing, you name it. The neighbors we have referred to Mike are very glad to have him ad a handyman ad well."

"They did a great job and provided great customer service"
