Unicorp is a local company and makes their own windows, so I knew if there was a problem, there would be someone nearby to call. My windows were installed on time and the crew was very professional. They are very hard workers; they didn't even take a lunch break. I was assured that my new windows would not let the cold air in, as my old windows did. I'll have to wait for winter to test this out, but I have confidence that since these windows were custom-made for me, they fit more tightly. The leads on each project were very knowledgeable and great at explaining the process, answering questions, and advising on the best products for quality, budget, design, and function. The office staff is very responsive at handling scheduling, permits, invoices, etc. It’s been several months and the windows are clearly properly installed, well-sealed, no leakage, and outside framing looks flawless.
