We now use Chris for anything that he does. This time it started with annual service; he discovered a coil leak (I think that was it) which he had noted as a potential problem last year. We trust him so much we had him do the work while we were out of town. Came home to everything working perfectly. Could not recommend him more highly. PS He doesn't laugh at you when you have screwed up your attempt at home repair

My wife and I noticed our AC seemed to be struggling to keep up over the past couple of days. I called Merritt Homes at 9am on Thursday morning, and had Chris there at 1pm to diagnose and fix the issue. Couldn’t have asked for a faster service! He also took the time to call me, as I was at work at the time, to share his findings and recommendations with me. He then texted me updates with pictures of the services he was performing. It’s a very nice touch to show the customer pictures of what you’ve done, as I personally wouldn’t have known what to even look at to see proof of the service performed. We are beyond satisfied, and couldn’t recommend Merritt Homes enough. Chris and Kristen were both a pleasure to speak and work with! A big thank you to you guys from the Walkers!

From start to finish, I was extreemly pleased with the courtesy and professionalism I received from Chris on the repair work he did on my faulty drain piping to my kitchen sink. The water in my kitchen sink had not been draining well and had started to back up in the dishwasher. Chris diagnosed the problem quickly, came up with a solution by replacing some piping and now everything is working perfectly. Chris was also very respectful of my Covid 19 concerns and took all necessary precautions to satisfy my concerns. Couldn't be happier with this experience and knowing that I can count on him for any future needs I may have in my home.

Chris was absolutely amazing. It was wonderful to have someone master certified in plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, and gas! His work was immaculate and he is a pleasure to be around. He is your one stop for everything you need done in these fields. His response time is fantastic and his office staff is so kind and friendly. I was shocked at how quickly we were scheduled. He shows up when he says he will be there and his work is first class! We will most definitely be using him again and you should too!

I have been serving this country for almost 14 years. Integrity is everything to me. Chris not only explained everything he was doing verbatim, but he also took his time to check every single component before he made his diagnostic. He is very professional and courteous. When he speaks you can tell he appreciates his customers. I seldom say "wow" after using a company, but "WOW. " Chris was outstanding and Kristen who books the appointments is phenomenal, very sweet, and professional. If you want someone who will be honest and knows their stuff, this is the company. I have had work done by Chris two different times and years, both in an emergency type situation, meaning the A/C was not working. This year, taking all the necessary Covid precautions, he took out the motor and casing of the Air Handler, located in the Attic, replaced it in his shop and thereby speeding up the amount of time in the home. Additionally he verified that the motor was still under warranty,( purchased and installed thru another company), thereby greatly reducing the cost of the repair!! He and Krystal are dedicated to their company and the epitome of true Professionals.

If you are looking for someone you can trust in your home, you need to call Chris at Merritt Homes. He is honest, dependable and thorough. He has serviced our system and also replaced a malfunctioning part. Bottom line, I trust him. He will show you what is wrong, how he is going to fix it and what he is replacing it with and why. He gives you an price that doesn't break the bank and you can walk away knowing that you haven't been taken advantage of and that your system is going to last longer because he took good care of you! From setting up the app t with Kristen, who couldn t have been more accommodating, through Chris coming out right on time, doing an excellent job and leaving a perfectly clean and neat worksite, we couldn t have been more pleased!!! A true professional experience! Another reason we will continue using Merritt Home is that Chris is a qualified multitasker. He can do a complete job. We did not have to have several different people come out to do a job.. e.g. a plumber AND an electrician if need be! This was a real hassle when we had previous work done by some of the larger, highly advertised companies! Chris has the credentials to do almost any job professionally, and we highly recommend his work!!!

Professional and Courteous!!!!! Chris is a person that cares about MY house and MY opinions. I also had Chris install a new furnace. He gave me several options for the new heat pump. That gave me enough information to easily make an educated decision on what my needs where.
