Billy was thorough and our roof looks incredible. There is even a spot he felt needed extra attention and is coming a 2nd day! Everything he cleaned looked brand new. We will be hiring back!

My house needed to be powerwashed - it is brick and requires someone who has the knowledge and skill to powerwash brick so that the mortar is not harmed during the powerwash. Mr Brown did an OUTSTANDING job..the brick looks new [it is a 1959 home so the brick is old]. He also powerwashed the gutters which are aluminum and the fascia which is vinyl...both look great! The walkway...old concrete was cleaned - all the black and grey is gone! I would hire him again in a heartbeat! He responded to my initial call [I hate having to call someone back over and over] and was not only polite, but really professional. I would recommend him to anyone who needs powerwashing or stain removal. He very clearly is an expert in his line of business. Kudos to him!

Mr. Brown left our water spout on, sometime in the early morning hours the power went out in our area...once the power came back on our water ran for over 5 1/2 hours, pulling sand and mud through our pipes. We asked Mr. Brown for his insurance information and he refused to give it to us. We had to hire a plumber to correct his mishap and the entire time he was very unprofessional, blaming the water spout being turned on by me or dominion and even made threats to us. We have all on text messages and our security cameras on whom was at our home that day. We had to file a claim with our homeowners whom will go after his insurance. Very disappointed..when all he had to say was I'm sorry, I will help and here is my insurance information. We have since had all corrected and the house decks power washed by a professional service and found it to be better service and quality than Mr. Brown ever provided for us in the past several years. I leave for work at 6:20 am in the morning and my husband was out of state for his job.

Billy does excellent work. Siding was very dirty and he made it look new again. He also cleaned brick steps and sidewalk.

The experience was a good one, start to finish. Mr. Brown got back in touch with me quickly, and had an opening the next week. Since I was under a bit of a time crunch, this was a huge help. He did a great job on the house, and even thoroughly cleaned my old sidewalk, without additional charge. The house looked great when he finished! His price was very fair.

WOW! I just returned home from a business trip so this is the first time I am seeing my home since Billy power washed it 4 days ago and it looks stunning! He did a more thorough job than I could have done. He even removed some stubborn black marks from my front porch. I would recommend Billy to everybody I know!!! The price was extremely fair considering my home has a 2 car garage, large front porch and back deck. Not to mention it was probably 90 plus degrees outside. Everything looks brand new again! Thank you Billy.

Billy contacted me after I sent him a message through the Angie's list web site.  We discussed what I needed (house pressure wash and cleaning of the room on the front of the house).  He provided me with price  (465.00) and we set a day for him to perform the service.  I had mentioned I needed to pressure wash the wood flooring on the front porch, but i was planning to do that myself.  We also discussed the pressure washing of my 12X18 shed in the back yard, but I had already decided to do that myself.
Billy showed up on the agreed date and he not only completed what was agreed to but he also pressure washed the floor on my front porch as well as pressure washed the front of my shed.  I rarely experience, nor do I hear many people state , they got more than was agreed to from contractors, but Billy Brown did the additional work at no extra charge.  I would use Billy's services again. if I am asked to suggest a good pressure washing and roof strain removing service I will gladly give them  Browns House Washing and Roof Stain Removal.

I would give him a good review.  My experience with him was excellent.  He was on time and friendly.  He did a good job.  I felt like for what he did it was a reasonable price.

Billy really went above and beyond. At the time i had needed some siding repair prior to his services. He suggested someone who came and performed the repairs quickly.
The morning of my appointment Billy was there prompt and early getting started as i was leaving for work. Upon return the house looked amazing! It wasn't an easy house to wash by any means, especially since it had been a while since my last wash, but billy's work was stellar all around. and his prices were very reasonable.
I will definitely be hiring him again next year.

Billy Brown arrived on time, on the date promised and did an outstanding job at a very fair price. We have had the house washed by others in the past and spent a lot more money for a lot less thorough job. We highly recommend Billy and wouldn't think of using anyone else. (I opted to omit the price we paid since each job can vary in scope dramatically).

Mr Brown did an outstanding job. I didn't know everything was as dirty as it was. Looks like the house was just painted. I will definitely use him again.

I contacted Browns House Washing to receive an estimate on getting my roof cleaned and my whole house power washed. Mr. Brown was very kind on the phone and said that he could be out to do the work the very next day. Mr. Brown came to my home while I was at work, and before he started anything he contacted me and advised me of what he would be doing as well as what to expect to see the next day. I would recommend this company to anybody. Great job on my home. Looks like I have a new roof.

Billy did a fabulous job! Once I contacted him, he was able to come out to give us an estimate very quickly. I was very pleased with the price and he said he could do the job the next day. He assured me he would wash everything very carefully and only use pressure when safe. I did not want either the shingles on our roof or the paint on our house damaged.
Before contacting Billy, I was afraid we were going to have to spend thousands and thousands of dollars to repaint our house, but after Billy washed it, it looks as though it was just painted. My husband and I are thrilled with the results and will definitely be recommending Brown's House Washing/Roof Stain Removal!
