Hired Justin to install a cartridge filter, convert pool to salt water and install heater. Very capable and friendly but completely unreliable. He installed the filter and did some electrical work. Over the subsequent 9 months, he repeatedly had excuses for lack of progress, failure to deliver equipment we had paid for, and failure to show up. Further, he agreed to take care of our pool maintenance when we were out of town for 2 months this past summer. He never showed and we returned to a complete mess of algae and leaves that he said he would clear up in a week. It took 6 weeks to clear it, and I had to do that myself. After our multiple awful experiences, we would never use him again. Justin claimed he will refund the $6,800 he owes us for the heater and salt water system. We will modify this review if that refund is received. If it has not been modified, he has kept our money.

They came the same day I called and had the project finished in a few hours. I have hired them as my permanent year round pool company. They also serviced and repaired a hot tub that I was about to get rid of and replace .. they saved me a ton of money I highly recommend Justin and the folks at colonial pool company.
