"He gave a VERY reasonable price for the work and then proceeded to flush the two drains in question and check two others. Water was flowing well when he finished, but he told me to let him know if there was still a problem when it rained again. "The work was completed. I needed repair to my bathroom done urgently and Southern Plumbing came the same day I called. My bathroom floor caved in from water damage from leaking pipes. I live in an older house. When one thing was fixed something else started leaking and Daniel Roady stayed with it and made sure everything was good before he left. "My wife and I bought a new construction home with standard open 4" gutters. Very quickly we noticed the gutters were pitched incorrectly and collecting shingle grit and debris. This was causing the gutters to overflow during heavy rain events. We had The Drying Co. remove the new construction gutters and install Gutter Shutter. We're very happy with the installation and can already tell a difference during rain events. Dustin and crew were very professional and cleaned up well after the installation. Very happy with how the Gutter Shutter looks on the house and excited that I don't have to clean them!"
