He carefully inspected everything (even took a video under the house) and then laid out several options for us. He really knows systems. He suggested a special filter system because my wife has asthma. We selected what we wanted and made an appointment for installation. The team that came to do the installation was also punctual. They were polite, professional, and hard working. They were also pretty quick. There was a lot to do to replace our system, and they were done in half a day! One of them stayed behind when they were through to help me program our new wifi thermostats, which ended up not being easy. He was so patient through this process.
