Tiger Construction met with me to explain the issue and how a French drain, 2 actually, would solve the problem. The drains were dug by hand and the work was completed in one day. And as luck would have it, we were hit with our first snow storm shortly thereafter. Eleven (11) inches of fresh powder that preceded a couple rainy days. When the snow melted....no standing water! The yard will be several months drying out completely given the wet summer/fall/winter we experienced. Tiger Construction will get the job done, and will do so with care for your property. "All went well. Some issues with the foundation were worse than thought so the work took a little longer but it was definitely needed. Part of an addition had been built without proper foundation as in none. It was hanging in air. They made an extra trip to replace and fix drains that had to be removed. Took extra care to make sure as little damage to carpet as possible. Terrance Blackwell and crew came for the outside work. They were great. I really appreciated Terrance's extra trip to make sure the drains were fixed. Austin Wells and Peter Dang came for basement floor lift and level and I greatly appreciated their extra effort to take care of the carpets even though they had to drill through the floor.
