I never felt like there was a push for any of the choices, or for replacement overall, simply options of what was available and would make the most sense for me. When the installers came out they were both also very professional and very kind with my young children who were curious. They were very cautious not to track anything inside of the house and cleaned up every piece of paper and strip of wire when the left. The install was clean, everything was explained very well to my wife and I as far as features and operation, and we were overall very happy with the entire experience. They are new in our area, but we will only be calling them in the future."
