"If I could just rate some of the service technicians I would rate them higher and would recommend that they find a new ethical company to work for! We purchased our unit seven years ago. We had gotten a quote several months prior to purchasing our unit and when we purchased there was a sale that was $500 cheaper then the quote. They had us sign the quote sheet acknowledging installation which had ten year parts and one year labor warranty which we did not pay attention to since it was an old quote. However, the invoice we received had the correct amount that I paid and listed 10 year parts and labor warranty which now they don't want to honor. An attorney I consulted said the invoice would stand up in small claims court which I am now considering. It's just ashamed people don't have ethical business practices. I would encourage anyone looking for a new unit or service for existing systems to look elsewhere!!!!!"

They did a thorough walk through of our home and identified several safety concerns, including expired smoke/carbon monoxide detectors among other things. They fixed the kitchen outlets during that first visit and we scheduled for the remaining work to be done the next week. They were on time every day, clean and professional. We had no worries with leaving them in our home alone. They work was done timely and done right! We will use Travis again for our electrical needs."
