 + -1 moreHal arrived with ladder, anemometer, gas detector, amp probe/volt meter, moisture meter, receptacle tester, and infrared thermometer. I highly recommend Hal's services -- extremely through and very reasonable.
Description of Work: Total home inspection -- four story semi-detached house in Dupont Cirle (approximately 3300 sq ft). Hal Woodyard examined every component in the house for over five hours. Hal provided a written report at the end of the inspection. The report was instrumental in getting the seller to correct numerous items and credit us for others at settlement.
